Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what personal data hemohimshop.com processes, why, and what choices you have. The site is an information and referral site run by an independent, registered Atomy distributor (“we”, “us”). It is not Atomy’s website and is not run by Atomy Co., Ltd.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is the independent Atomy distributor who operates hemohimshop.com. For any privacy question or request, write to support[at]hemohimshop.com.
2. What we process and why
- Country selector. When you choose your country to register on Atomy’s mall, our server receives the country you picked and your device and browser type. It gives you a registration link with our sponsor ID and sends us a short notification through a Telegram bot, so that we know a referral happened and can help with registration if you ask. We do not store your IP address for this.
- Details you enter in a form. If a form asks for your name and e-mail address, and optionally your WhatsApp number or Telegram username, we receive them in the same Telegram notification and in our own workflow tool, and we may send you one e-mail with your registration link. We use these details only to help you register with Atomy and to answer your questions.
- Contact form. Your name, e-mail address and message are sent to us by e-mail through the e-mail service Resend, so that we can reply.
- Analytics and advertising. See “Cookies, analytics and advertising” below.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider Vercel processes your IP address and similar connection data to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse. We use the IP address briefly, in memory only, to limit spam on the contact form.
- Content system. Our articles and settings are stored in the content management system Sanity. Sanity does not receive your name or contact details.
3. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for the details you choose to send in a form, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure site, counting referrals and answering messages.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
On your first visit, a banner asks which cookies we may use. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months. Until you accept, Google tags run in Google Consent Mode with advertising and analytics storage set to “denied”, and the Meta Pixel is set to “revoked”. In this state Google may still receive cookieless signals, as described in Google’s Consent Mode documentation.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google): page views and how the site is used.
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing (Google; the Tag Manager container is managed by our advertising agency): shows whether our ads lead to visits to Atomy’s mall, for example a click on the button that opens Atomy’s registration page.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram, for example when you open Atomy’s registration page from our site.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: anonymous visit counts and page speed, without cookies.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics: anonymous visit statistics, without cookies.
To change your choice, delete this site’s cookies and site data in your browser; the banner will then appear again. You can also limit ad personalisation in your Google ad settings and your Meta ad preferences, and block trackers with your browser settings or an extension.
5. Atomy
When you follow our link, you leave this site. Registration, orders and payment take place on Atomy’s official mall and are covered by Atomy’s own privacy policy. As your sponsor, we may see the basic membership details that Atomy shows to sponsors under its own rules.
6. YouTube API Services
We run an internal content tool that uses YouTube API Services to publish our own videos to our own YouTube channels. It accesses only channels we own and does not access, collect or store any visitor’s Google or YouTube account data. This use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Who receives data
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only by the services named above (Vercel, Resend, Telegram, Google, Meta, Ahrefs and Sanity) as needed for the purposes described, or where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.
8. How long we keep data
We keep messages and form details only as long as we need them to help you, and we delete them when you ask. Your cookie choice stays in your browser for six months. Analytics and advertising providers keep data according to their own settings and policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, write to support[at]hemohimshop.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
This site is meant for adults (Atomy membership is for adults only). We do not knowingly collect data about children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
