Is My HemoHIM Genuine? What the Real Pack Looks Like in Each Country (2026)
How to tell genuine HemoHIM from fake or expired stock: what the official packs look like in the US, Europe, Russia, Korea, Taiwan and Mexico, why the name differs by country, how to check a registration number — and the only reliable way to buy.
Short answer: the only reliable way to be sure your HemoHIM is genuine is to order it through Atomy’s official online mall for your country, where it is registered with the local regulator. The pack also helps: genuine HemoHIM usually comes as 60 sachets of 20 ml (1,200 ml) in a white box with the Atomy logo and the herb drawing — but the name and the label language differ by country, so a different name is not a sign of a fake. Some malls, such as the US mall, also sell a 30-sachet box and multi-box sets.

What the genuine pack looks like in different countries
So the same product can be called HemoHIM, HemoHIM G, HIM, ХемоХИМ, 헤모힘 or 煥力飲G depending on the country, and the label is in the local language. What should always match: 20 ml sachets (usually 60 per box), the Atomy logo, a local distributor or importer on the label, and a printed lot number and expiry date.
What Atomy says about HemoHIM sold outside its official channels
In a May 2025 notice, Atomy Indonesia asked consumers not to buy Atomy products outside its official platform, because such products may be fake, expired or not meet quality standards. Atomy says it cannot take responsibility for losses and cannot accept returns for products bought elsewhere, and it published a guide for reporting marketplace sellers.
In August 2023 Atomy Indonesia also stated that reselling its products on online marketplaces breaks its member code of ethics, and that members who do so can lose their membership.
Registration numbers you can check
- South Korea: HemoHIM is registered with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety as a health functional food; you can look it up on Food Safety Korea (foodsafetykorea.go.kr) by searching “헤모힘”.
- Colombia: INVIMA confirmed in September 2024 that HemoHIM has a valid registration (PFTI2024-0002971) held by Atomy Colombia S.A.S., and advised buying only from the registration holder, its importer or authorised distributors.
- Indonesia: search for HemoHIM on the official BPOM website (cekbpom.pom.go.id); listings that mirror BPOM data show registration number TI204659401 held by Atomy Indonesia — confirm it yourself on the BPOM site.
In the United States the FDA does not register or approve dietary supplements, so there is no product registration number to check there — buy through Atomy’s US mall.
Warning signs of fake, expired or grey-market HemoHIM
- A price far below the member price in your country’s Atomy mall.
- A seller who cannot say where the product comes from, or sells on a marketplace or social media instead of Atomy’s mall.
- A damaged, opened, relabelled or re-wrapped box, missing outer packaging, or sachets sold loose.
- A missing, unreadable or very close expiry date — old marketplace stock may also have been stored in heat.
- A label in a language that does not match the seller’s country and no local distributor or importer printed on it.
Note: we do not know of any official hologram, QR code or serial-number check for HemoHIM, so be wary of websites that claim you can verify a pack that way.
What regulators have said
- Colombia: in August 2021 INVIMA warned about the fraudulent sale of “Suplemento Atomy Hemohim” without a sanitary registration (alert 185-2021); in 2024 it confirmed the valid registration held by Atomy Colombia.
- Vietnam: in 2018 and 2019 the Ministry of Industry and Trade warned about unlicensed selling of Atomy products and advised consumers not to buy Atomy products of unclear origin.
- Hong Kong and Taiwan (2021): this case was not about fakes. Authorities found methoxsalen, an undeclared prescription drug, in HemoHIM distributed by Atomy itself, and the product was withdrawn there. As of October 2026, HemoHIM is sold again in Atomy’s Singapore mall and, as HemoHIM G (艾多美 煥力飲G), in Atomy’s Taiwan mall; it is still not sold in Hong Kong. We explain it in Is HemoHIM banned?.
If you think your HemoHIM is not genuine
- Stop taking it, and see a doctor if you notice side effects such as dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or stomach problems — more in our HemoHIM side effects guide.
- Keep the box and the seller’s details, and report the seller to Atomy’s customer centre in your country.
- Remember that Atomy does not accept returns for products bought outside its official mall.

❓ How can I tell if HemoHIM is fake?
You cannot be completely sure from the pack alone. Genuine HemoHIM comes in 20 ml sachets (usually 60 per box) with the Atomy logo, a local distributor on the label and a printed expiry date. The safe way is to buy only through Atomy’s official mall and, where available, to check the local registration number.
❓ Why is HemoHIM called HemoHIM G or HIM in some countries?
Atomy sells the product under different names: “HemoHIM G” in the UK, Europe and Taiwan (艾多美 煥力飲G), “HIM” in Mexico and local-script names such as ХемоХИМ or 헤모힘 elsewhere. A different name on an official mall product is normal; we have not verified whether the versions differ in formulation, so check the label in your country.
❓ Is HemoHIM on Shopee, Tokopedia, Amazon or eBay genuine?
It may or may not be. These sellers are not Atomy, and Atomy warns that products bought outside its official platform may be fake, expired or substandard and cannot be returned to Atomy.
❓ Does HemoHIM have a hologram or QR code to check?
We have not found any official Atomy description of a hologram, QR code or serial-number check for HemoHIM, so do not rely on such claims.
