Atomy HemoHIM Review: Ingredients, Evidence, Safety, Price and Verdict
An honest Atomy HemoHIM review: what is in it, what the human studies actually show, safety and who should avoid it, price, how it is sold — and who it may or may not suit.
Short answer: HemoHIM is a Korean herbal supplement with two modest approved claims in Korea and a small evidence base; it may suit healthy adults who accept limited evidence.
Disclosure first: this site is run by an independent Atomy distributor, so we have a financial interest. That is exactly why this review sticks to what can be checked — the label, the published studies and official notices — and says clearly where the evidence is thin.
What HemoHIM is
HemoHIM is a liquid herbal supplement in 20 ml sachets: an extract of Angelica gigas, Cnidium officinale and peony root (Paeonia lactiflora), with honey and corn syrup for taste. It was developed by KAERI with Kolmar BNH and is sold by Atomy. In South Korea it is a registered health functional food that “may help improve immune function” and “may help reduce fatigue”. The label also lists other ingredients, such as fructo-oligosaccharide, guar gum and small amounts of vitamins; check the label for your country. Details in what is HemoHIM.
What the evidence shows
- Immune markers: two KAERI studies (38 and 88 participants) reported changes in markers such as NK-cell activity over about two months. In the 2007 study, NK-cell activity and some immune signalling molecules increased over two months; in the smaller 2006 study, the increase was significant only in one subgroup.
- Fatigue: an 8-week randomized, placebo-controlled trial in 96 adults with fatigue found lower fatigue scores than placebo.
- Safety: an 8-week randomized trial in 96 healthy adults found no clinically significant adverse events. The trial was supported by the manufacturer, Kolmar BNH, and included only adults aged 30–59.
- Everything else — including research on cancer, radiation, liver and kidney protection — comes from laboratory and animal studies.
Our assessment: the evidence is real but limited. The human studies are few, small and partly done by the developer, and they measure lab markers and questionnaire scores, not whether people get ill less often. See HemoHIM clinical studies.
Safety
In trials it was well tolerated. The Korean label says children, pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid it, and people on blood thinners should ask a professional first. In 2021 Hong Kong and Taiwan told consumers to stop using it after methoxsalen, an undeclared prescription drug, was found in samples following four liver-injury cases in Hong Kong; whether HemoHIM itself caused them is debated. As of October 2026, HemoHIM is sold again in Atomy’s Singapore mall and, as HemoHIM G (艾多美 煥力飲G), in Atomy’s Taiwan mall; it is still not sold in Hong Kong. Price and how it is sold
HemoHIM is sold through Atomy’s membership mall; consumer registration is free. Prices differ by country — on Atomy’s US mall in October 2026 a box of 60 sachets (about a month) cost 105 USD. Atomy uses a multi-level marketing model, so many online reviews come from people who earn commissions — including us. More in HemoHIM price and where to buy.
Pros and cons
- Pros: a single standardized product with its own approved immune and fatigue claims in Korea; some randomized human trials, including one on safety; simple to take.
- Cons: small evidence base; not for children, pregnancy or breastfeeding; contains sugar; relatively expensive; only sold through Atomy’s MLM-based mall; the 2021 Hong Kong and Taiwan warnings.
Verdict: who may (and may not) want to try it
HemoHIM may suit healthy adults who want to try a Korean herbal supplement with an approved immune and fatigue claim, and who are comfortable with modest, limited evidence. It is not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone with a serious illness or regular medication should ask their doctor first. If you try it, buy only from Atomy’s official mall, take it as labelled and judge it honestly after about two months — see how to take HemoHIM.
❓ Is HemoHIM worth it?
That depends on your expectations. It has approved immune and fatigue claims in Korea and a few small human trials, but it is not proven to prevent or treat any disease. If you try it, give it about two months and judge it honestly.
❓ Does HemoHIM really work?
Small human trials found changes in immune markers and lower fatigue scores than placebo over about 8 weeks. Larger, independent studies are lacking, so effects in everyday life are not well established.
❓ Is HemoHIM safe?
It was well tolerated in trials. Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid it, people taking medicines should ask a doctor first, and you should stop if you notice unusual symptoms.
❓ Are HemoHIM reviews online reliable?
Be careful: because Atomy uses a multi-level marketing model, many reviews come from people who earn commissions. Rely on the label, official notices and published studies.
